Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, shipping internationally is $110 and sner via DHL, shipping times vary from country to country.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are generally processed and sent the same day if you have ordered before 2pm, if you have an urgent order please send us an email to info@loganhairextensions.com
What shipping carriers do you use?
Logan hair uses track and trace parcel service via Australia post with the option of standard and express post.
How can I track my order?
Every order is emailed tracking once the order has been sent, so be sure to check both your inbox and junk mail for your tracking ID and use the Australia post website to do so.
Can I change my delivery address?
To update your shipping address, please do so promptly by emailing info@lognahairextensions.com preferably within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order.
Our standard practice is to dispatch all orders on the same day before 2 PM. If you miss this window, kindly reach out to Australia Post to redirect your parcel.

Logan hair currently accepts Afterpay, shop pay, Apple Pay and along with all standard forms of credit and Mastercard payment.

What type of hair do you use?
Logan Hair uses Russian Remy double-drawn hair extensions, known for their longevity of up to 1 year when properly maintained.
How can I care for my hair extensions?
Taking care of your hair extensions is crucial—they're an investment, so treat them as such. We advise using professional-grade haircare products exclusively and avoiding permanent dye or bleach. Opt for semi or demi-color options and toning as necessary to maintain the integrity of your extensions.
Is the hair reuseable?
Yes, both weft and bond hair extensions are reusable for up to 12 months. Invisible bond hair extensions undergo a re-bonding process with keratin tips once removed, allowing them to be reapplied. Similarly, weft extensions can be re-sewn and repositioned multiple times within the hair.
Can I swim with my extensions?
We advise against frequent exposure of your extensions to chlorine or saltwater. However, if unavoidable, take the necessary precautions. Prior to swimming, apply an oil or mask to your hair, then braid it. Afterward, wash your hair and follow up with a hydrating treatment to maintain its health and longevity.
