Important Information Before Ordering

Our curly hair extensions are custom ordered specifically for you based on your selected curl pattern and colour. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your order to arrive.

 Once your order is placed, our team will organise your selected hair and keep you updated throughout the process. As soon as the hair arrives, your order will be dispatched immediately.

As this hair is ordered in specifically for each customer, all curly hair extension purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We recommend ensuring you are confident in your curl pattern and colour selection before placing your order.

For colour matching, please refer to the shades available across our website or purchase one of our professional colour rings for the most accurate match. If you are unsure, our team is always happy to assist with colour selection prior to ordering.
